When will I receive my content?
You will receive your content the Sunday or Monday two weeks after your on-boarding call. We cannot create content for you until we receive the login credentials as well as conducting your on-boarding call. We also have to give our social media managers and graphic design team time to create the best content for you. We currently have waived a $250 sign up fee to ensure we have enough time to produce quality content. NOTE, if you would like to pay the $250 sign up fee, we can ensure your content is pushed out the following week after your on-boarding call, but we must be notified no later than 24 hours after we send our welcome email.
Since I am paying for a full 30 days, how is waiting two weeks for content fair?
Great question! To ensure we are providing you a full 30 days worth of content, we will provide content two weeks after your cancellation date. Of course, you can always pay the sign up fee to ensure we get your content out the following week after your on-boarding call. To clarify, we will not provide content two weeks after cancelling if you decide to pay the sign up fee. We will fulfill the content through the remainder of your last week, but no more.
