We will need full access to your accounts so that we can fully manage and post your content.
Below are the platforms that we offer and how to give us access:
1. Facebook
Admin Request from TinyBull: Please send us the URL to your business profile page. We will then send you an admin request from TinyBull. Instructions to accept this request can be found here: How Do I Accept an Admin Request?
Adding us as Admins: If you are unable to see the request, you can add us personally as admins. To find this page you can follow the instructions at the link above. Our administrative assistant will let you know who to add as admins.
Login Credentials: If you feel comfortable enough, you can provide us your email and password and we will connect your Facebook account for you.2. Instagram
Integration with Facebook : Facebook allows you to integrate both your Facebook business account with your Instagram business account. We require this step in order for us to have full access to your Instagram account on our scheduling platform. Instructions to do so can be found at, How Do Integrate My Instagram and Facebook Accounts
Login Credentials: We like to ask for these in case we need to publish reels, stories, and posts outside of our scheduling platform.
3. LinkedIn:
Super Admins: Allow us to be a Page Super Admin to you Company account. Instructions to do so can be found at, How Do I Add a Super Admin to My LinkedIn?
Our administrative assistant will let you know who to add as admins.
Login Credentials: If you only have a personal account, we will need the email and password to your LinkedIn account. Note: We are not able to show you engagement analytics on personal LinkedIn pages, only Company LI pages.4. Twitter:
Login Credentials: Please provide us the username and password for your Twitter account.
5. Pinterest:
Login Credentials: Please provide us the email and password to your Pinterest account.
6. TikTok:
Login Credentials: Please provide us the email and password to your TikTok account.
7. Google My Business:
Manager Access: Please add us as managers to your Google My Business. To do this, visit How Do I Add a Manager to Google My Business?
Our administrative assistant will let you know who to add as managers.
8. YouTube
Manager Access: Manager access to YouTube can be granted by giving the correct permissions to your social media manager. Our administrative assistant will let you know who to add as a manger to your YouTube channel.
